Affinity have worked hard to create the support structure to make sure our clients have peace of mind. Clients can ring the office and talk directly to someone who will look into the problem, or email support@affinitynewmedia.com, or at the weekend fill in our technical support form on our site that relays a message to our support staff who will deal with any urgent enquiry.
We hope that these processes allow our clients to get on with the business of running their site without the worry of who to contact if things are not working as expected. Here at Affinity New Media we have the expertise to help and are backed up in our hosting environment by the support staff at Rackspace who run a 365 day a year, 24 hours a day support line.
