Max Edwards - Group Managing Director
Max joined the company in 1986, as Director of Client Services and becoming Managing Director of Affinity New Media and the ETT Group in 1994.
His strong background in retail services and an active interest in technical innovation allied to marketing solutions provides clients with access to the latest techniques and trends in the on-line retail sector combined with an innovative and evolving approach to technical production issues.

Thomas Lubbock - Business Development Director
Thomas started his career in the newspaper industry before joining the ETT Group. He spent 7 years there as Senior Account Director. Thomas then left ETT to join GFM, one of the UK's leading sales promotion and direct marketing organisations. At GFM he directed and created some of the UK's most successful on line promotional mechanics. He rejoined the ETT Group at the beginning of 2003.

Karl Izzard - Development Director
Karl manages the main production team in Affinitynewmedia's rapidly expanding establishment. Having studied Business IT at College, Karl subsequently specialised in complex development languages allied to data integration: SQL, ASP, .NET, CSS, XML/XSL/XSD and CMS systems.
B2B, retail, consumer, tourism, automotive, publishing, charities and information websites reflect his expansive development track record across a wide portfolio of disciplines.
Karl works direct with MD's, Commercial Directors, Sales & Marketing, Directors, New Business Development Directors, Brand Managers and Editors in providing e-commerce, integrated solutions to build or increase awareness on brands, products and services via the internet.

Andy Hibbins - Project Team Leader
After graduating with a languages degree, Andy worked as a senior journalist for a picture library in London. He then moved into web site development and worked on many high profile sites at some of London’s top website agencies. He then moved into e-learning and back to Norfolk where he worked for a global provider of on line training courses. It was here he moved into Project Management and has since gained years of valuable experience which has now lead him to lead the development team and manage Affinity’s key projects.

Hannah Carter – Senior Designer
After completing a BA(hons) in Graphic Design, Hannah worked as a designer in packaging and print before choosing to specialize in website design. Previous work has involved branding and creative design for websites, email campaigns and online advertising for local, national and international clients. Working closely with online marketing and development teams, Hannah has established a good understanding of usability and accessibility issues within internet design.

Nikki Searle - Senior Web Designer
After successfully completing a fine arts degree in South Africa, Nikki specialised in graphic/web design and is also an amateur photographer. Her skill sets include Photoshop, InDesign, hand-coded HTML, CSS, Flash and Illustrator. She has a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of the design process in relation to all aspects of business and has worked on major brands such as Britvic, Sky, Pantene and Pfizer.

Alexander Rupin – Senior Designer
Alexander first became involved in website design in 1998. He had previously immersed his creative talents in London picture libraries like Istockphoto and similar operations attaining the post of manager before becoming a senior Web Designer. His skill set includes handcoding CSS, XHTML Strict, Photoshop and has a great deal of experience of accessibility and usability.

Rene van Dop – Senior Developer
Rene has many years experience as a developer based on both desktop software and web applications. He was originally training in logistics and economics but soon found his interest being drawn by development. After years of developing business applications for major corporations, he moved into games development and produced both educational and non-educational products. Rene then moved into creating e-commerce sites and his skill set includes PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, XML, CSS, SQL, C# and VB.NET.

Tim Mead - Developer
After graduating from Manchester University with a Computer Science degree, Tim has spent the past few years immersed in a catalogue of commercial projects gaining invaluable experience in web development, maintenance and CMS integration. His portfolio of website projects is an impressive list, reflecting multiple development disciplines for retail stores, housing trusts, food and drinks manufacturers among others. His skill set includes XHTML, ASP, ASP.Net, CSS, XML/XSL, RSS, SQL, Javascript and VBScript.

Oliver Sale - Developer
Oliver joined Affinity after successfully completing his BA (hons) in Creative Multimedia. His web-development skills include Flash / OOP Actionscript, HTML, PHP, SQL, ASP and CSS. He also has knowledge in image manipulation in Photoshop and Freehand, 2D animation, and 3D model creation with lip-synced animation and video editing. Oliver’s multi-talented internet skills have been used in creating highly effective websites for B2B and B2C e-commerce clients.

Melissa Gwynn - Divisional Director - affinity i-marketing
Melissa has a BA(hons) in Marketing and is Chartered Institute of Marketing trained. Working on offline campaigns she quickly became aware of the market and the increassed benefits of her clients investing in online strategies and made the decision to specialise in all aspects of online promotion. Since then she has had a number of year’s experience planning and implementing strategic online campaigns for large public and private sector clients across a variety of industries.
