Many regular updates can be completed through the Affinity Control Centre™ but sometimes our clients require our expert technical or creative talents to make changes they are unable to do.
We pride ourselves on our quick response to clients’ needs and we will provide full costing and a timeline before work is undertaken.
Our support structure is equally as responsive and we provide 7 days a week technical cover for our clients making sure that there is no interruption to the flow of traffic to their sites. We understand that this is vital for e-commerce sites as the weekends may be their busiest time.
