Freebridge Community Housing (FCH) is the landlord set up in 2006 to take the transfer of the former housing stock of the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk. At the date of transfer Freebridge owned and managed some 6,890 properties for rent to those in housing need.
Following a competitive tender process Affinity were appointed to develop a new web presence deisgned to inform and educate existing and potential tenants.
The opportunity was also used to provide staff and board members a password protected area where information could be accessed and shared to assist workflow.
Future development of the site will see integration with Freebridge's internal systems to allow rental payment and repairs requests to be actioned through the site.
