Due to recent account wins and continued expansion we are currently recruiting for the role of Digital Account Manager at our Norwich office.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team based at our Norwich Head Office. The role involves project managing multiple projects, liaising with creative, build and technical teams and working closely with our Digital Production Manager.

Candidates will need digital agency account management / account handling experience and will also require a level of technical knowledge. Customer service skills are another important asset that will also need to be evident from the successful applicant. We naturally expect applicants to demonstrate a good track record of strong team-working together with demonstrable evidence of professional documentation and project management processes.
