DRIVE BRAND AWARENESS, BUILD CUSTOMER LOYALTY THROUGH ENGAGEMENT, SUPPORT ECOMMERCE AND CREATE A SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLY WEBSITE

Naked already had great branding and packaging, their existing online presence was a good brand builder, however, the shopping section was very much secondary to their branding and it wasn’t immediately apparent that you could buy online. The payment facility was not user friendly, with a high drop out rate within the online payment area. The original website was created in flash, which also meant that they had little presence in the search engines.

Affinity New Media were asked to design a new web presence that not only allowed viewers to purchase products quickly and easily online but also supported the brands’ positioning that offered an interesting insight into the way NAKED thinks.
The brief was clear, NAKED wanted to keep the look and feel of the brand that they had built up, but wanted a website which was content driven and that could be regularly updated, so that when you returned to their website you would always find something new. They wanted a website that was search engine friendly, where visitors to the site could interact, encouraging repeat visits. They also wanted a website that highlighted the fact that you could buy online, which navigated in a clear and concise way.
