
Group company member Access Telemarketing & Data Services required a corporate information website designed to showcase the extensive range of inbound and outbound call handling services that they offer to national blue chip companies and organizations.
The brief meant that the site was content managed in key areas by Affinity’s content management tool, the Affinity Media Assistant. The contract included staff training and ongoing support for the Media Assistant provided by the Affinity Technical Support Team.
News areas and Case Studies are fully content managed areas within the main site and include the facility to upload optimized images, Word documents and PDF’s as required.
The site features an innovative ‘Call Back’ one click button which links to an inbound response facility at the Company’s Call Centre to provide response by return.
Clients are able to log into a secure Client Area where they have password and username protected access to the latest campaign statistics supplied in real-time. The site is also linked to the Group’s main portal site.
